Artist in Residence: Art in the making

‘Artist in Residency’ are wonderful opportunities for artists to experience unique environments, bring a new perspective and interaction, to be inspired, and inspire others.

This is St. John Island in the American Virgin Islands, a retreat and painting workshop. When I have the amazing opportunity to travel and create, I honor the place I am in by painting the landscape and incorporating water from the sea into the paint, and making it a part of the artwork.
